Refund Policy

01Overview

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for products purchased from DRP Digital LTDA, including our SaaS tools, AI products, digital products, and online courses. It works together with our Terms of Use, and forms part of the agreement between you and DRP Digital when you make a purchase.

027-day right of withdrawal

In accordance with Brazilian consumer protection law (Article 49 of the Consumer Defense Code) for purchases made online, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase, for any reason, with no need to justify your decision. This right applies to your first purchase of a given product.

03Subscriptions

For subscription-based products:

• Your first billing cycle is covered by the 7-day right of withdrawal above.
• You may cancel a subscription at any time to stop future renewals — cancellation prevents the next charge but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
• Renewal charges after the first cycle are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
• Access to the product continues until the end of the billing period you already paid for.

04Digital products & courses

For one-time purchases such as courses, e-books, and other digital products, refunds are available within the 7-day withdrawal window described above. After this period, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis — for example, if the product is significantly different from how it was described, or if you experience a technical issue we're unable to resolve.

05AI products

For products powered by artificial intelligence, the 7-day right of withdrawal applies in the same way as any other purchase. Because AI-generated output can vary, dissatisfaction with a specific AI response is not, on its own, grounds for a refund outside the withdrawal window — but we encourage you to contact support so we can help resolve the issue.

06Not eligible for refund

The following are generally not eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable law:

• Requests made after the applicable refund window has closed.
• Repeat purchases of a product you've already used the withdrawal right for.
• Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Use.
• Renewal charges on subscriptions that were not cancelled before the billing date.
• Promotional, discounted, or bundled purchases explicitly marked as non-refundable at checkout.

07How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us using the details at the bottom of this page with:

• The email address used for your purchase.
• The name of the product and the purchase date.
• The reason for your request (optional within the 7-day window, required afterward).

We will confirm receipt of your request and let you know the outcome as quickly as possible.

08Processing time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days and returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.

09Chargebacks & disputes

We ask that you contact us directly before opening a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, so we have the chance to resolve the issue. Chargebacks filed without first reaching out may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Refund requests are evaluated under the policy in effect at the time of your purchase.
